Director Profile : Cindy Lincoln

Cindy brings expertise and enthusiasm in leadership, strategy and change management to her client work. Her background in general management and strategic planning enables her to apply practical solutions while consulting or leading workshops. She excels at connecting best practice with everyday business needs and is recognised for her sense of humour and dedication to clients.

Cindy has a breadth of industry experience spanning the health sector, the steel industry, the airline industry and telecommunications.

For the past twenty plus years, Cindy has served as Director of Strategic People Management Limited, delivering leadership, team development, and change management workshops to a diverse range of organisations. She also offers individual coaching and mentoring tailored to middle and senior management, including CEOs and Directors. Additionally, Cindy facilitates business planning workshops and leads strategic planning initiatives, incorporating scenario planning and the 'Play to Win' methodology.

Cindy holds a Master of Management degree focused on strategy, leadership and change.
